As is the unofficial rule in Colorado, Mother’s Day marks the beginning of gardening season. Juniper Village at Louisville residents took full advantage of our spectacular weather and began planting beautiful flowers for our community to enjoy. Our enclosed courtyard provides a wonderful opportunity for our residents, families and even staff to take a break to enjoy the beauty of nature. Combining sunshine, nature and physical activity, gardening is a great way for older adults to be active, even if they have some physical limitations or are practicing social distancing.
