Over the past five months, Juniper Village at Brookline Rehabilitation and Skilled Care has implemented many changes for the safety and wellbeing of both residents and associates. From ‘securing in place’ in April, to transitioning to virtual visits only, to offering room service dining, to requiring all to wear masks — these ever-evolving times have kept us on our toes!
Despite these changes, one thing has remained constant: our resilient Juniper Spirit. Smiles remain strong, care remains compassionate, and hope remains high. As policies and regulations begin to loosen and the “old ways of doing things” return, Residents and Associates alike are enjoying a sense of normalcy in seeing small group programming (socially distanced of course), communal dining with one resident per table, and outdoor visits with families.
The next few months will continue to offer uncharted experiences and new ways of interacting with each other. Juniper Village at Brookline remains committed to providing the very best and safest ways of nurturing the spirit of life in each individual.
