Vice President, Operations

Anne Campbell has over 18 years experience in the senior living industry and oversees special projects within Juniper.

Anne joined Juniper in 2014 as part of the acquisition of the Brookline campus in State College, PA.  Anne had served as executive director of the campus, beginning under the previous owners in 2006.  Anne continued in that role through 2018.  In late 2018, Anne joined the Juniper home office leadership team as National Director of Special Projects and was promoted to Vice-President of Operations in 2023.

Anne has overseen the development, trade marking, and expansion of Juniper’s Connect4Life program.  The program is now being implemented in multiple senior living communities outside Juniper.  In addition, Anne manages other special projects, including most recently the customization and implementation of a resident and family portal.   

In addition, in her role as the Vice-President of Operations, Anne oversees operations for all of the Northeast region.  She also coaches, trains, and mentors regional directors of operations.   In this role, Anne provides operational support and oversight of the independent living, personal care, memory care, and skilled nursing buildings on the campus. 

Anne has been instrumental in advancing Juniper’s signature Connect4Life program. This program been recognized as an innovation within the industry and a tremendous value add for residents and families.

Anne holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Work (BSW) from Bloomsbury University.  Anne is involved with organizations that advocate for quality of life for older adults both locally and nationally.  Anne has served as a senior quality award examiner for the American Healthcare Association and serves on the board for the Assisted Living/Personal Care division of the Pennsylvania Health Care Association and the Centre County Geriatric Network.

Anne lives with her husband, Jim, a programmer analyst for Penn State Libraries.  They have two children, both students at Penn State University.   They enjoy time outdoors with their dog, Oliver, in the beautiful Mount Nittany area.
