I can't say enough positive things about Juniper Village. My parents have received excellent care from the moment they arrived in July 2018. They enjoy the view from their bay window into the lovely courtyard. They love watching the many birds who visit their three feeders. They even have a little garden plot and our tomatoes are thriving. My parents enjoy the beautiful grounds, healthy meals, and friendly staff. Every person on the Juniper Village team is professional and caring. No one is too busy to answer an email or make a phone call. In June my parents celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. The technology staff worked closely with me to arrange a surprise Zoom meeting with relatives all over the country from California and Colorado to Georgia and North Carolina. They loved it. I live nearby and visit my folks often. They have always been in a first or ground floor apt where I can visit them in person or outside the window. When a health problem arises, the nursing staff immediately respond and consult with doctors. The security buzzer/pendant that my parents have provides peace of mind that my loved ones are cared for 24/7 and 365. That means the world to me. Recently, the world has faced a global pandemic. The manner in which Juniper has responded to this unprecedented situation has exceeded all of my expectations. Their communications have been thorough and prompt; their explanations have been clear and reassuring. The safety precautions have been thorough. Every day I receive an email update on "COVID status" in the community with helpful information. To date, they have not had one case of the virus. Over the summer, Juniper made the effort to arrange outside visits with family, while taking all necessary precautions. They didn't have to do this extra work but they did. Although I can't hug them (yet), it's wonderful to visit my folks outside in the open air. My truly appreciate all of the excellent care that our beloved parents have received at Juniper Village.
