Several residents from Juniper Village at Lebanon were the first people from our campus to attend Lebanon’s Monday Market, which is a small farmer’s market that is held in Lebanon each Monday afternoon from 3:00 – 6:00 PM throughout the summer.
The residents had made wooden flowers with the help our wonderful volunteers Ron and Marsha, which we were now selling at our Juniper table. They were a big hit with the customers and other vendors! Then our residents were able to visit the many other tables, even purchasing food items and handmade soap. We brought along chairs, which we set up near the entertainment, which made for a very relaxing afternoon! We are looking forward to going back on the first Monday in August, when we will have pottery bowls to sell that were made in our art class with M.J. McFalls. We hope to see you there!
