Love was in the air at Juniper Village at Forest Hills! Assistant Dietary Manager Sarah Robinson’s daughter Kira spread lots of love and hugs with her Teddy Bear gifts. Five-year old Kira brought in more than 50 stuffed teddy bears that she presented one by one to the residents at Juniper Village. Kira’s parents Sarah and Kevin are employees at Juniper Village at Forest Hills and Sarah’s great grandmother was a resident at the community. Kira said she was doing this because “ she knows how much love a stuffed animal can bring, and she wanted to share this love with other residents who may not have a great granddaughter to love.” Later in the afternoon, students from East Catholic School in Forest Hills brought handmade Valentine’s Day cards to share with all of the residents. As you can see there was an abundance of love here at Juniper Village at Forest Hills this Valentine’s Day.
