Juniper Village at Lebanon

Jon Davies Soars Above

Congratulations to Jon Davies, Environmental Services Department, for winning this year’s Juniper Spirit Award at Juniper Village at Lebanon!

Jon embodies the values of compassion, attentiveness and responsiveness that we all hold dear.  Each day he demonstrates his competence and caring for everyone at Juniper.  He embodies our mission by nurturing the spirit of life in each individual whose life he touches.

The most outstanding characteristic that Jon is known for at Juniper Village at Lebanon is his willingness to tackle the many requests and situations that arise every day.  Jon is an essential part of our Juniper Community, where he has been working for many years.  Jon was in the Navy for 6 years, and has lived in Lebanon for most of his life.  Jon puts his family first, but also has a passion for cars and trucks.  A little known fact reveals Jon’s compassionate side, as he has rescued and rehomed dozens of cats over the years, and he continues to feed several at his rural home.

The residents of Juniper Village at Lebanon are certainly fortunate to have Jon in their lives, with all of his talents, abilities and years of experience.  His co-workers also know that they can count on him to do his best.  He can be seen on site at all hours of the day or night, weekdays and weekends as situations arise that need his attention.  He truly goes above and beyond the call of duty!
