The residents of Juniper Village at Lebanon are playing their parts in caring for the Earth by planting more flowers.
We already have two courtyards full of flowers and numerous flower beds and flowering trees in full bloom right now around our buildings, but there is no such thing as too many flowers! So several residents plus our E.A.R.S volunteers had fun playing in the dirt to make “seed bombs”, a mixture of potting soil, clay and seeds. When left to air dry, the seed bombs can then be planted outside or given as a gift to someone special, which several people opted to do. Some of the seeds are even making their way to E.A.R.S. headquarters to be planted there. Mission accomplished!
