“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.”  Virginia Woolf

We at Juniper Village at Mount Joy couldn’t agree more. Today we will certainly do all of those things well as we have dined well on delicious Greek salad dressed to perfection by our very own Executive Director, Deb Miller. As we celebrate food this month we look to various guest chefs to share their recipes and culinary talents. Today’s fresh flavor hit the spot. The vibrant green lettuce, ripe red tomatoes, crisp onion and smooth, meaty Kalamata olives livened up our plates. Opa!
