When you join Juniper Communities, you become a member of a family. And we refer to our team members as Associates because we believe everyone deserves respect and a seat at the table. Juniper Associates take a holistic approach to improving quality of life for residents, families and the communities we serve by focusing on body, mind and spirit.
Our people and our programs are inextricably linked; one simply can’t exist without the other! And we speak with intention, using special words that connect us to each other and the world around us: dignity, independence, choice, quality, individuality, and attentiveness, responsiveness, compassionate, competent, innovative, socially responsible, environmentally friendly, dedicated, solution-oriented and celebratory. Join Juniper Communities in changing the face of aging!
Juniper offers a 360-degree, immersive Executive Apprenticeship (AKA Management Trainee) program for recent college graduates. A career in senior housing may not have been top of mind, but here’s why you may want to rethink that: by 2020 the number of people over 75 living in the US will reach 10 million, senior housing is a $270 billion industry, and senior housing will add 347,000 new jobs by 2025, outpacing US job growth by 3.7%. The silver tsunami is coming and it’s time for you to catch the wave.
We’re committed to supporting our team and coaching them to understand our culture and mission through onboarding initiatives that help new associates feel comfortable, secure and successful.
Traveling the First 40 is our onboarding initiative that establishes a firm foundation for all new associates and helps increase retention of our newest team members.
It takes a village to be successful so our leadership and mentors all play an important role in this program.
