Creative Arts Interns Enhance Wellbeing for Juniper Village at Brookline Residents
Juniper Village at Brookline is committed to enhancing wellbeing through the arts! That’s why we’re so thrilled to host two Creative Arts interns this fall: Chloe Schaeffer and Chelsea Stieglitz. Read below to learn more about these amazing young women!
“My name is Chloe Schaeffer. I am a junior at Penn State studying Art and Psychology. I am in the BFA program focusing on sculpture making. My goal is to become an Art Therapist. I love art and the process of helping others mentally, physically and spiritually.”
“I’m Chelsea Stieglitz. I have a double major in Visual Art and Psychology at Penn State. I am a senior with hopes to be an Art Therapist in the future. I’ve always loved the nature of psychology and am passionate about art. I really want to further my love of the two subjects to help people both emotionally and physically. When I was younger I needed auditory and visual therapy so I really want to give back.”
Both students are working alongside Sue Lembeck-Edens, a certified dance therapist and Erin Carter, art therapist.
