“I have lived here at Bucks County Independent Senior Living for almost three years and it was the best move I ever made. I enjoy my sunny apartment with breezy balcony, pool exercise class, physical therapy (when needed) and activities that I choose like movies and yoga. I am thankful daily that I am no longer sitting in my house alone. The food is great and so is the companionship; I enjoy meals in the dining room with a different group each night.”

Provides a balanced approach between risk and a lower upfront cost. Under this type of agreement, residents receive housing, services and amenities as defined in the contract, including access to higher levels of care such as long-term skilled care. The cost of the initial apartment home is below market rate and fixed, apart from periodic inflationary increases. If higher levels of care are needed, these are available at a higher monthly rate. This contract may be best for individuals who have additional long-term care coverage.
