At Juniper Village, we believe that the keys to healthy aging are keeping fit and staying socially connected.
And within every building on our senior campus, we offer award winning care and service via Juniper’s nine Signature Programs including our individualized Connections activities program and our innovative Connect4Life program for resident well-being. Through our Connect4Life program we provide coordinated clinical and wellness care on-site including primary care and physical and occupational therapy.
Our gorgeous independent living apartments range from studios to two bedroom suites and are loaded with amenities including remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, choice of paint and carpet colors, enclosed balconies or patios, large closets and much more. Square footage ranges from 400 to 1250 square feet – depending on your needs and desires. Our residents enjoy fabulous restaurant style dining, on-site security, an indoor pool, housekeeping, salon, transportation services, reserved parking, an on-campus health center and endless activities and trips.
Juniper Village at Bucks County offers a choice of contract types to best suit your financial needs. We offer a Type C Declining Balance, Fee for Service Contract and a choice of two lease types. Check out the details under Features and Amenities.

We just recently completed a major renovation which was led by interior design firm, DesignPoint. The project included lobby and common area renovations on the first and second floors as well as an outdoor patio remodel. Provides a balanced approach between risk and a lower upfront cost. Under this type of agreement, residents receive housing, services and amenities as defined in the contract, including access to higher levels of care such as long-term skilled care. The cost of the initial apartment home is below market rate and fixed, apart from periodic inflationary increases. If higher levels of care are needed, these are available at a higher monthly rate. This contract may be best for individuals who have additional long-term care coverage.
