Post 9/11, a project known as Subway Therapy was launched at the Union Square Station in NYC. It was intended to be a conversation between the artist and subway riders as an interactive way of expressing the feelings of the day. Here at Juniper Village at Chatham, we imitated that by creating our own Wall of Kindness. Residents and associates post sticky notes with words of encouragement, warmth, and humor to lighten everyone’s spirits. What kind words will you pass along today, and to whom?
