Juniper Village at Brookline’s Jill McKenrick presented today at the International Council on Active Aging‘s Virtual Conference and Leadership Summit. Jill co-presented with Linked Senior Founder and CEO Charles de Vilmorin.
Titled “Effectively Measure Engagement Outcomes in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care” the presentation focused on evidence-based methods to increase resident engagement and person-centered experiences. Jill and Charles reviewed nationwide data and state-of-the-art methods used by Juniper Village at Brookline in Pennsylvania.
During the pandemic, resident engagement has been a challenge for senior living communities throughout the nation. At Juniper Village at Brookline, Jill and her team have been able to increase resident engagement through resident preference analysis, efficient planning, and real-time data reporting.
