On a rather brisk February night, while the wind outside reminded us that winter was still upon us, an annual artistic tradition was unfolding inside Juniper Village. The Annual Art Show, now in its fourth year and as popular as ever, featured our community’s diverse artistic talent on display. Pat Patrizio was on hand as host to invite guests to stroll through the auditorium and immerse themselves in a unique artistic experience. The auditorium displayed paintings, ceramics, pottery and sketches from more than 50 artists. Pat showcased examples of oil and acrylic paintings as well as mixed media art as he highlighted the medium and style of each artist.
Violinist Claudia Pellegrini enhanced the setting by performing a diverse program of string music while guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and wine outside our River Café. A truly spectacular night that was not only fun and engaging for our community, but reinforced the important role that artistic expression plays in our lives as we age.
