There are many benefits to dancing, external and internally. Some of these benefits include: improved conditions of your heart and lungs, increased muscular strength, improved endurance and motor fitness. Dancing also promotes better coordination, agility, flexibility and will boost your mood. To promote social distancing and encourage residents to stay in their rooms, “Get Up and Dance” has been fun for residents while staying safe.
