An experienced finance professional, Chuck worked previously for The Winslow Corporation, a real estate syndicator specializing in structuring and placing tax credit limited partnership interests with corporate investors. While at the Winslow Corporation, his responsibilities included proforma development, financial projections, and deal structure and tax credit placement.
Chuck was also employed in a financial capacity for the Mediplex Group, a national operator of skilled nursing homes, and Marakon Associates, a strategic management consulting firm specializing in helping publicly traded companies manage to enhance shareholder value.
Chuck received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University in 1988 and his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1994, graduating with a dual major in Health Care Management and Entrepreneurial Management.
As Chief Financial Officer, Chuck looks to work with leading financial institutions that understand large financial transactions coupled with high touch client service. He recognizes the changing landscape of healthcare in general and complex healthcare real estate financing in particular.
Chuck has been instrumental in leading Juniper’s efforts to grow via acquisition of distressed or undermanaged properties and driving our efforts to go paperless in our annual audit and tax processes.
He lives in Basking Ridge, NJ with this wife Janine. Chuck and Janine are now empty nesters with two kids in college, so they focus all their time on Baker, their Irish Wolfhound. Chuck is a basketball junkie and also enjoys running. He serves on the board of the Lupus Foundation of New Jersey.
