At Juniper Senior Living at Mount Joy we love a good celebration. We also love cake.

That’s why we decided to take to the kitchen for National Cake Day with a good old-fashioned Cake-OFF. Associates put their favorite recipes to the test delivering up moist, delicious cakes and sweet, fluffy frostings. Tasting was held from late morning to early afternoon as residents, associates, family and friends popped in to tantalize their taste buds and vote for their favorite. We enjoyed a decadent chocolate joe cake with peanut butter frosting and a yummy whoopie pie inspired gob cake but the fan favorite was a strawberry cream angel cake made by our Business Office Manager, Theresa Dumez. Congratulations Theresa, you really took the cake!
