These wonderful sessions are open to the public and of course to all Juniper residents, and they happen on the third Monday of each month at 11:00 AM in The Club. Each session will last 45 minutes. Melanie Heck, COTAL, will lead us through gentle movements combined with meditation and mindfulness to promote mind and body wellness. This is also good for stress relief, including stress caused by chronic pain. Wear comfortable attire and plan to join us for our next session on October 21st!
