The teams at Terrace at Chestnut Hill and Juniper Village at Bucks County recently came  together to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research by participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Staff members from both communities came out on a chilly November day to greet participants, share giveaways and join in on walking the two miles around Philadelphia’s Citizen Bank Park. Held annually in more than 600 communities across the United States, the Alzheimer’s Association walk takes place annually with the Philadelphia chapter’s event serving as one of the most successful in terms of fundraising. This year’s walk raised over $1.1 Million.  The Juniper Communities are proud to be a supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association and are already getting their walking shoes laced up for next year!
