“I feel like we are all together again. My heart is about to beat out of my chest,” said our resident to her two daughters as she wiped a joyful tear away from her face.

Virtual visits have become wildly popular at Applewood Place, where we use tablets to connect our residents with their family members near and far. These tablets are disinfected before and after each appointment. Our residents have taken such a liking to these visits, we are absolutely going to continue offering them, even when COVID-19 restrictions are relaxed!
