Juniper Village at Lebanon

Two Perfect Deficiency-Free Surveys

Juniper Village at Lebanon is pleased to share that its two personal care buildings have again received perfect surveys from the Department of Human Services during its annual inspection of the seniors housing community.

The difficult to attain deficiency-free survey measures performance on multiple care, service, and quality measures against the regulations and benchmarks established by the state and nationally.

“Our staff’s focus on excellence has been rewarded now for two consecutive years,” said Joan-Marie Norman, Executive Director. “They have taken on personal responsibility for their areas, engaged in care needs, dedicated themselves to the well-being of the residents and their families, and entrusted themselves to mission of Juniper Communities. All of these facets trickle down through all the associates to make resident and building care superb.”

Juniper Village at Lebanon is home to about 82 residents. “If we provide great care, we can meet all the regulations that are mandated,” concluded Norman.
