“Our staff’s focus on excellence has been rewarded now for two consecutive years,” said Joan-Marie Norman, Executive Director. “They have taken on personal responsibility for their areas, engaged in care needs, dedicated themselves to the well-being of the residents and their families, and entrusted themselves to mission of Juniper Communities. All of these facets trickle down through all the associates to make resident and building care superb.”

Juniper Village at Lebanon is home to about 82 residents. “If we provide great care, we can meet all the regulations that are mandated,” concluded Norman.
