Have you wondered what it would be like to walk in another person’s shoes? Recently Juniper Village at Brookline’s leadership team put that idea into action when they traded places for an afternoon! It was a fun learning opportunity that brought smiles, a sense of adventure, and new insight to the work we do in our community every day. Environmental Services sat in the Executive Director chair, our Executive Director worked as the Medical Concierge, Housekeeping filled the shoes of the Director of Community Relations, and our Director of Wellness took her talents to our Dining team! Regardless of the departments that we are part of, we all are dedicated to doing whatever it takes to nurture the spirit of life for our residents.  Check out these photos to see our leadership team in action!
