On December 27th we piled into the Juniper van and took the scenic drive to neighboring Hershey, “The Sweetest Place on Earth”! Hershey has so many treats to offer in addition to their yummy chocolate so we indulged in the visual decadence of CandyLane. Two miles of wooded trail lined with a spectacular display of holiday lights made for quite the sight as we stayed cozy on the van, peering through the windows with our hot cocoa and cookies. Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa were represented in bright, brilliant lights. We had fun singing about Frosty, Rudolph and all the characters of the 12 days of Christmas we saw dancing before us. What a wonderful way to keep the holiday spirit for a bit longer!
