Juniper Village at Mount Joy

The Greatest Teacher is Experience

Returning for their second annual field trip, students of Kraybill Mennonite School visited with Juniper Village at Mount Joy seniors last week.

Residents eagerly gathered in the living room at 9:00 am. Excitement grew as the school bus pulled up and the children began to enter the building. The visit began with students pairing up with residents to read their favorite books. Next the students took to the stage to act out stories and share songs. Closing their visit, students enjoyed conversing with residents, having the opportunity to learn a bit about one another. It was a delightful morning for all!
