Juniper Village at Bucks County

Sunshine On Our Shoulders

There was sunshine on our shoulders and songs in our hearts as residents of Juniper Village at Bucks County enjoyed a walk through the life and music of John Denver at a special tribute concert on July 11th.

Local entertainer Courtney Colletti shared stories about the legendary musician’s life from his start with folk groups in the 1960’s to his rapid rise to fame with signature hits including Rocky Mountain High. Residents and members from the local community enjoyed learning more about this celebrated icon while singing, clapping and toe-tapping along to the songs that take us all home to that famous country road.
