If you were around in the 60’s, you are probably humming that famous Mamas and the Papas’ song with the similar sounding name by now. “Bah da bah da da da. Monday, Monday, so good to me. Monday mornin; it ws all I hoped it would be.” We ramped up the Snack Cart, and from now on every Monday, Monday at Juniper Village at Lebanon will be “Sundae Monday”, which means create your own sundae. On this day, Emily (wearing yet another “hat”!) is scooping Cookies ‘N Cream ice cream with a variety of toppings, including whipped cream and a cherry. Of course, this was a big hit with the residents and staff! By the way, nice jacket, Emily!
