Juniper Village at Lebanon

REfresh and Be Happy!

Juniper Village at Lebanon is joining other Juniper Village communities all over the country in doing REfresh and Be Happy exercises daily.  The unique twist to these exercises is that they are being done in the hallway outside of each resident’s door.  We start off by playing the Bobby McFerrin song “Be Happy”, followed by a few more peppy songs with exercises led by a Connections team member.  Exercise is so important during this unusual time of social distancing and staying inside, so we have to be creative and coming up with new ideas to encourage everyone to exercise more!
