Quilling is the art of curling strips of paper into tight, medium or loose spirals, and then forming designs. But even monks and nuns were known to use quilling to decorate the covers of books and other artifacts. So the residents of Juniper at Lebanon were in good company as they created some very special Valentines using this time-honored technique.
