Peanut Butter Dog Treats

We are always looking for volunteer opportunities here at Juniper Village at Lebanon, and one of our favorite recipients is our local Humane Society.

Our residents enjoy making peanut butter flavored dog treats.  The room smells wonderful while they are baking, and it’s fun making the different shapes.  We know the dogs will like them, because we are able to do taste-testing with our two resident dogs Toby and Lyrics, as well as dogs owned by our co-workers.  We ended up with three big trays of biscuits to send to the Humane Society!
