August 16, 2021 (Bloomfield, NJ) – Juniper Communities, a leader and innovator in the seniors housing industry, announced today that it has added eight additional senior living communities to its portfolio of owned and managed properties during the first half of 2021, one of which is expected to convert in September, 2021.
Five properties are part of Columbia Pacific Advisors’ portfolio. The properties, four in Texas and one in New Jersey, add 404 assisted living units, 46 memory care units, 140 independent living units, and 156 skilled nursing beds to Juniper’s portfolio.
Three of the properties are part of LTC Properties’ portfolio. Two of the properties, located in Pennsylvania, are licensed for 196 personal care residents and 47 memory care residents. Data on the third New Jersey property is being withheld until licensing is in completed.
