New Role for a Familiar Face

These kind eyes and gentle smile have graced our hallways for over seven years. Lisa Shriner began her work in our building as a medication associate in our Wellness department.

Her passion for caregiving inspired her to drive for more and led her to further her education, becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. Always a leader and up to the task of new challenges, she continued to grow her skill sets, working diligently to assist in the implementation of our Connect4Life Signature Program. Connect4Life is a marriage of clinical services provided on-site and the supportive environment of our communities. Working closely with our physician, Dr. Ginder, Lisa helps to ensure residents wellbeing needs are met. She facilitates access to clinical providers and related services through our strategic partnerships and alliances. Given her extensive experience, knowledge, and heart for nurturing the spirit of others, Lisa has seamlessly stepped into her new role as Medical Concierge. Her future aspirations include studying to become an LPN. Lisa lives in Elizabethtown with her husband, 3 sons, and 2 dogs. She is the Vice President of the Elizabethtown Fire Department. Welcome to your new position Lisa! Thank you for growing with us.
