National Wear Red Day

Staff and residents of Juniper Village at Chatham joined the nationwide campaign to raise awareness about heart health.

February 1st was National Wear Red Day, sponsored by the American Heart Association. We dressed in our brightest red clothes, and discussed how heart disease has affected many people personally.  The color red certainly brightens the day, especially when the temperature outside is only 12 degrees!
