At Juniper Village at Brookline Rehabilitation and Skilled Care we believe in nurturing the spirit of life, through all seasons. The onset of Autumn is one of our favorite seasons to celebrate: life begins to move at a more relaxed pace, warm drinks and sweaters abound. The crunch of leaves is not far off. On a cool September afternoon and in anticipation of this festive change, seasonal mums began to replace the summer flowers while the residents enjoyed the musical sound of stillness. Two members of the Music and Arts Ministry of Grace Lutheran Church of State College visited to play classical melodies on a flute and cello while maintaining facial masking and social distancing. Residents enjoyed a seasonal early Fall breeze on the back patio as they soaked up the last little bit of summer sun.
At Juniper Village at Brookline, we relish in our beautiful outdoor spaces — for basking in the sun, enjoying views of Mount Nittany, listening to an outdoor concert, and so much more. Email Kurt.Knauff@JuniperCommunities.com to learn more about Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation programs.
