Mandie Shaw Joins Redwood Team at Juniper Village at Brookline

Juniper Village at Brookline is pleased to welcome Mandie Shaw, CRNP/FNP-C, from Redwood Health Partners! Mandie is familiar with long-term care communities, having worked for Juniper prior to receiving her provider licensure.

Mandie joins Ashley Roberts, CRNP, in offering on-site primary care to residents at Juniper’s Senior Living and Wellspring Memory Care buildings in State College. Together, the Redwood team provides chronic care management, proactive wellness visits, and urgent care.

“It is our intent to offer the best care possible and expanded access at each of the Juniper communities we serve by increasing our provider healthcare team,” says Sherrill Herrington, Practice Manager of Redwood Health Partners.

Mandie is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and completed her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN) at Clarion University of Pennsylvania in Clarion, PA in 2016. Prior to this she earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Walden University in Minneapolis, MN; and Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) at Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, PA. She is presently a doctoral candidate in the Doctorate of Nursing Practice program at Wichita State University in Minneapolis, MN focusing on reduction of inappropriate use of medication in older populations. Mandie is also a member of state and national organizations including the PA Coalition of Nurse Practitioners (PCNP) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Residing in Clearfield, PA, Mandie is married with three children.
