Sybil kicked off the evening with a “Kissing Pair,” chef Justin Hart’s signature aperitif. The meal that followed was second to none, featuring a Mushroom and Veal Bisque with a White Truffle and Dill Crème and residents’ choice of Grilled Filet Mignon with Wild Mushrooms or Rock Lobster on the Shell with Cardinal Sauce. To finish off the dinner, chef Brad Hedden served Opera Cake with Blueberry Rum Sauce. Entertainment was provided by the Patchwork Pickers, who serenaded guest during the festivities. Laughs and Love were shared by all.
