Juniper Village at Williamstown’s Lead Chef and Director of Dietary Services, Raymond Richardson, hosted a very informative presentation on new technology trends in food.
Raymond spoke about the innovative ways to utilize the internet, the newest kitchen gadgets, the time saving techniques and the ability to utilize voice controlled technology to prepare and cook your meals. Raymond also integrated a hands-on cooking presentation where a delicious pineapple upside down cake was created using both new technology along with recipes from generations past.
