How to Sew a Reusable Gown

Can be made using a twin size flat sheet or material of your choosing.

Belt Instructions

  • Stitch 2 pieces together on short end. 
  • Fold in half and stitch raw edges together, leaving an opening to turn.
  • Turn right side out and top stitch around all edges.
  • Attach at center front, 14-15” from neck.

Gown Instructions

  • Stitch shoulder/sleeve seams.
  • Stitch side seams.
  • Make casing on sleeves for elastic.
  • Finish bottom hem.
  • Use bias tape to finish neck edge and create ties in back.
