Juniper Village at Bucks County celebrated team members who give exemplary service to both our residents and co-workers by honoring them with the special Juniper Village Giraffe Award. In a ceremony honoring each of the award winners, Lynne Katzmann, Founder and CEO of Juniper Communities, thanked them for emulating the spirit of the giraffe, an animal with a big heart known for sticking its neck out when needed. It is this very same spirit in our staff that makes our community stand out as both a great place to live and work. Collectively, the winners of this year’s award represent over 40 years of experience within our community and consistently demonstrate a dedication to their duties and a commitment to helping others.
This year’s Giraffe Award Winners are Cecilia Lehuta (Housekeeping); Mathewkutty Sebastian (Wellness); Kisha Thomas (Wellness); Bill Duffield (Environmental Services); Jennifer Gershenfeld (Dining Services) and Mary Kushnir (Dining Services).
