As part of the Trading Places event at Juniper Village at Brookline, each leadership team member took an opportunity to work in another department for an afternoon. Connie Fetterolf, Juniper’s director of housekeeping, joined the marketing and community relations team. During her time, she blogged on the housekeeping department at Juniper Village. Enjoy this guest blog from Connie!
“The housekeeping department at Juniper at Brookline has some of the finest workers I’ve ever known. They are dedicated, caring, and truly treat everyone as family. They show up in all kinds of weather and they are always cheerful. We have team members of different nationalities in our department and they respect and care for one another to achieve their common goal: to provide a clean room, clean clothes, and a dignified life for the wonderful people who live in our community. Hats off to the Juniper Housekeeping department and the Laundry as well. We need and are thankful for each and every one of you.”
