Handmade Gifts are Time Wrapped in Love

Each month a few creative ladies from Juniper Village at Mount Joy meet for Crochet4aCause.

The ladies spend the afternoon together creating in a variety of handwork styles. Items such as scarves, baby hats and lap blankets are made “with love and prayers in every stitch”, to be donated to those in need. Charlotte, an avid Crochet4aCause participant who is also tech savvy found a YouTube tutorial for beautiful ribbon-stitched crosses. Plastic canvas, ribbon, flowers and a little patience is all that was needed to produce these gorgeous gifts, just in time for Easter.
