We here at Juniper Village at the Spearly Center are always trying to abide by the latest in wellness-centered research.

Studies have shown that listening to music can benefit overall well-being, regulate emotions and create happiness and relaxation in everyday life. Along with music there comes dancing. Dancing improves balance, mental functioning and improves all around general and psychological well-being. Our residents and staff often join in dancing to one of our live entertainers. It sure is a beautiful thing seeing two people dance!
