Despite the pandemic, the Applewood Community Garden plot was planted by Connections Director, Marie in hopes that social gathering restrictions would loosen up. Once that became a reality in Colorado, residents like Jack got to work. Today the garden is abounding with tomatoes and zucchini. With each harvest Chef Sean whips up another delicious meals with our homegrown produce. Food always tastes better when you grow it yourself doesn’t it?
