Full February

Although February is the shortest month of the year, that doesn’t stop Juniper Village at Brookline Rehabilitation and Skilled Care from staying busy each day! Throughout the month, residents and associates alike, celebrated a combined Groundhog Day, Valentine’s Day, Mardi Gras, and a once every four years Leap Year game of trivia! All of these celebrations combined allowed for a month packed full of Connections programming and Highlighted events.

In keeping with the spirit of these holidays, Residents enjoyed days full of virtual tours of scenic gardens, music by JT Thompson, and food demonstrations which included homemade cinnamon bread. Associates enjoyed themed dress down days including donning the traditional Mardi Gras colors of gold, green, and purple. Associates also had a chance to win themed prizes during a Leap Year Trivia event. By combining Signature programs such as Connections, activities to keep body, mind, and spirit vibrant, and RESPECT, fostering associate welfare and spirit, the Juniper culture is felt by all!
