Flies Don’t Stand A Chance

Residents at Juniper Village at Lebanon recently got crafty in a unique way.

Lebanon is a great place to live, but being in the middle of farm country brings with it some unwanted pests:  flies!  So we recently had a craft session where we turned Dollar Store flip flops into personalized fly swatters, so each person could keep one in their room.  We added a ruler as a handle, so our fly swatters serve two purposes, being weapons of mass fly destruction and beautiful decorations for their rooms!  Here is Helen with her matching fly swatter!
