Residents at Applewood Place are well aware of the benefits that regular physical activity has on both the body and mind. Faced with the stress of COVID-19, we modified daily workouts to include time in the sun. On this day Carolyn and Activities Director Marie took advantage of Colorado’s clear blue sky and fresh air and took an appropriately distanced  walk together!
