You’ve heard of cooking and you’ve heard of technology. When you combine the two together you get something truly delicious! On July 23rd, the aroma of sautéed peppers, onions, spinach and various other vegetables filled the Gallery at Juniper Village Williamstown. As Chef Raymond Richardson presented his techniques to our residents, technology enabled others from the community to be virtually present through Zoom. These delicious vegetables were folded into his egg batter and placed into his already prepared homemade crust thereby creating a delicious quiche. For those who were able to join us in person, they enjoyed the presentation and sampling the finished creation. Those who joined us virtually were wishing the dish could be beamed over to them. We’ll have to work on that.
