The PEER program is offered through the Pennsylvania Department on Aging and is a partnership between residents, associates, and the local ombudsman. PEERs are trained to support, advocate for, and empower their fellow residents in long-term care communities. Special thanks to Susan Radis, volunteer Ombudsman, for leading this 5-week intensive course at Juniper. At Juniper, it is our mission to nurture the spirit of life in every individual we touch.
