Juniper Village at South Hills provides senior living including personal care and Wellspring memory care. Our active senior living community is easily accessible on Greentree Road, but is set back on a quiet hillside. Our community features unique living spaces, inviting common areas, nicely landscaped walking paths, and a spacious secure outdoor courtyard for the Wellspring neighborhood.

We’re home to approximately 50 mature, vital adults in both our neighborhoods. It is a place where our team of compassionate professionals nurture the spirit of life in each individual through Juniper’s distinctive programs that encourage active bodies, engaged minds and fulfilled spirits.

We offer award winning care and service via Juniper’s Signature Programs paired with a commitment to the belief that the keys to health aging are keeping fit and staying socially connected.

Juniper Village at South Hills offers spacious studio suites, each with private bath. Beautifully appointed, Juniper Village at South Hills provides a warm and gracious environment with a host of community spaces that provide opportunities for connections in your third act!

Personal Care provides a redefined independence through assistance and services like medication management and housekeeping. Your wellness is supported through collaborative care partnerships, and staff available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our small, quaint memory care community has 24 one-bedroom and studio apartments specifically for the care for those with memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease. Our Wellspring Memory Care community is a small-house model that fosters dignity, well-being, and happiness in a secured, purpose designed neighborhood.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

We Do Cool Things!

Telemedicine

Juniper’s primary care and specialist partners began offering telemedicine in 2019, for convenience and access. During COVID, usage soared. While many older adults prefer an in-person visit, we will continue to offer telemedicine as an option.

Testing & Vaccination

Juniper began universal testing in April. At that time, our approach to testing was unique. Our approach to vaccination is also unique; we paired focused education with vaccination as a condition of employment. This has led to an over 95% vaccination rate across both residents and staff.

Virtual Visits & More

When states restricted visitation, we really had to get creative! First came window visits and virtual visits. Then we added other options – outdoor pods, backstage visits, even hug huts!

Virtual Connections

We stayed active and connected during the pandemic! Juniper partnered with LTC REIT to create a crowd-sourced site called SeniorLivingVirtual.

Suite Eats

In-room dining only? Let’s make it special! We launched Suite Eats to provide choice and spirited service. Our Suite Eats menus offer wide selection and delivery is festive – with servers taking time to visit and set up the meal.
